When I asked one of my friends after her break up-how was she feeling, she said, ‘I am perfectly okay; it just hurts when I breathe’. Honestly speaking, I couldn’t get what she was in. But recently when I was in her shoes, I got what that really meant. So, here I am talking about ‘how to recover after break up’. It’s not just a relationship advice; it’s more sharing of experience:

1) Move On completely- If you are separated from your lover then it is essential that you are going to close all the links with him/her because if you will remain in touch with them, you will not recover from your past and it may push you in the dark world of depression. So, after break up stay away from that particular person, delete all the contacts which are reminding you about your ex and don’t ever try to remember your previous life.

2) Busy Yourself- Make yourself busy for next some days. Busy doesn’t mean that you are going to a club and drinking a large amount of wine. Because after separation, most of the people do that. It seems a bad idea and also not good for health too. Spends time with friends and do some work, because to fix a broken heart, friends are the best glue.

3) Face Reality- When your relationship is over, you must have to accept the truth that they have left you. Keep one thing in your mind that if they can move on without you then you can do it too. After ending the relation, some lovers think that they might get their ex back. So, it’s better if you will not give yourself false fantasies because there are rare chances of this occurrence.

4) Take It As A Lesson- Always think that it was a chapter of your life and now it is closed. You have to forget about it and take your relation as a mistake that you will not repeat again. Use this step as an advantage and learn from it that what was good and wrong in your bond. So that you may not replicate it with your next partner.

5) Contact Experts- It never easy to repair your life by yourself. In these conditions, ask for help. Relationship advice from professionals, friends and family can act as an extra supporter to heal your wound.
